Citi grew net new money by around US$15 billion in the first half of 2021 and plans to hire 2,300 wealth professionals for its Citi Global Wealth business to support at least US$150 billion in AUM growth by 2025.

This best-in-class Wealth Management Program, in collaboration with Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA), features world-class instructional and experiential learning to enhance Wealth Managers’ business acumen and sales leadership skills. Course participants comprise some of Citi’s top-performing Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and Financial Advisors.

This best-in-class training program, in collaboration with AIA Group Insurance Company, provides our Relationship Managers and Wealth Specialists with courses designed to enhance their insurance sales competencies and upgrade their business acumen in the insurance business through external certifications.

Our virtual courses, conducted remotely by world-class faculty and facilitators and via self-paced online training, support our Relationship Managers in developing a number of skills, including in areas of investment, finance, and sales management.

These programs are aimed at developing leaders who have the potential to take on more complex positions and critical roles in the future. Started in 2011, these target emerging to executive-level leaders and cover wide-ranging development areas, from fostering greater cross-business and functional mobility, building innovation and customer centricity skills, to providing individual executive assessment and coaching.
