Customer Service
The Customer Service team is responsible for assisting with all service inquiries and providing solutions based on client needs. Their objective is to analyze the best course of action to resolve client issues while providing an exceptional experience.
Fraud Support
The Fraud team is responsible for managing issues with fraud losses by ensuring Citi makes the appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology. This is done through risk assessments when reviewing the client’s account activity. Early fraud detection is critical in minimizing financial impact to their account and identity.
Collections Support
The Collections team is knowledgeable of Citi and its policies, and applies judgment based on practice and precedence, research, and analysis. They are expert negotiators and use skills to resolve escalations.
Credit Support
The Credit team is responsible for maintaining data quality in credit systems, monitoring credit exposure, and adhering to credit policies. They assist with client issue resolution and addressing credit needs by analyzing available information to determine credit worthiness.
