Inclusion Networks
Our 12 Inclusion Networks and their local chapters around the world foster a culture of belonging across our firm. We believe this helps people bring their best to Citi.
Through our networks, we celebrate the vibrant heritages of our global colleagues and represent a wide range of cultures and communities that are important to our people – and that reflect the communities and clients we serve around the globe. From Lunar New Year Celebrations to ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange in recognition of history and heritage months, to supporting Veterans and working families, we create opportunities for fostering allyship, learning and making connections.
Our networks —which are co-led by a member of the executive management team and open to colleagues of all backgrounds —have a long history. Established more than 20 years ago, they have evolved over time – becoming inextricably linked to our belief that having a workforce of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives allows us to better serve our clients and communities. Today, over 40,000 colleagues are members of more than 260 Inclusion Network chapters across 70 countries, and we encourage participation from everyone.

Pay Transparency

We believe equitable and competitive pay helps us attract and retain talent, and we value pay transparency. This includes introducing market-based salary structures and bonus opportunity guidelines in various countries worldwide, and salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.
In addition, we measure and address pay equity within the organization. Citi’s annual pay equity analysis for 2024 determined that on an adjusted basis, global gender and U.S. racial pay gaps are in each case less than 1%. The adjusted pay gap is a true measure of pay equity, or “like for like,” that compares the compensation of women to men and U.S. minorities to non-minorities when adjusting for factors such as job function, title/level and geography.
