Software Engineering

Working in an agile environment, you’ll develop quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. Together with your colleagues, you’ll build, own and support many front-end, middle-tier and back-end applications that are used on Citi trading floors around the world. Numerous applications handle millions of transactions per day and have billions of dollars in trade-flow.

Production Support

These positions are all about making apps resilient and to create highly operational systems. You’ll be running and maintaining the production environment for both front and backoffice applications so that Citi can confidently conduct business and service clients. You’ll apply your problem-solving skills, learn about production support monitoring techniques, and function as a “bridge” between developers and traders.

Infrastructure

In this stream, you’ll make sure that everyone in the organisation is able to do their best work – either in a technical role yourself, or in non-technical work, like project or product management. You’ll dive into topics like information security, enterprise solutions, resource management or shared services, and connect with others throughout the organisation. With great training at hand, you’ll discover your place to make progress.
