Senior Campaign Manager

Team/Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and proactive marketer to lead brand awareness campaigns that enhance Citi’s employer brand across our priority locations and business areas.
As Senior Campaigns Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering top-of-funnel strategies using channels such as programmatic advertising, Meta, and organic digital tactics. You’ll work closely with our digital services and creative teams to guide campaign direction—ensuring messaging and creative assets align with our hiring priorities, Citi brand and resonate with key talent audiences. (Note: this is not a content creation role, but you’ll play a central role in briefing and collaborating with the Employer Brand and Creative Strategy team.)
This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of how to activate employer brand campaigns at scale.
What you’ll do
- Lead the development of brand awareness strategies partnering with the digital team to activate across key digital channels (programmatic, paid social, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), etc.)
- Align campaigns to Citi’s global employer brand, hiring priorities, and location and business strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief in assets that support campaign objectives
- Manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and the business
- Use performance data and audience insights to guide targeting, optimisation, and campaign evolution
- Stay informed on trends in employer branding, digital marketing, and candidate behaviour
What we’ll need from you
- Experience leading digital marketing or employer branding campaigns, ideally with a brand awareness focus
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, programmatic tools and SEO/organic strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills
- A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently
- Strong understanding of current and evolving organic social media practices
- Understanding of recruitment marketing in a complex, global environment is a plus
What we’ll need from you
- Experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
- Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
- Strong knowledge in the development and execution for controls.
- Proven experience in control related functions in the financial industry.
- Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes.
- Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage at the senior management level.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
