Senior Executive assistant will support Romania CCO & Banking Head with handling calendar events, travel management, expense management and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • SEA to the Romania CCO & Banking Head

  • Expenses and invoice processing, using applications such as Concur, and Procurement to Pay

  • Travel Management: Bookings, Visa and applications, transfers and agenda preparation

  • Client onboarding– using CRD, OMC and AMC, setting up base numbers and counterparties

  • Meeting Room Management: Internal and external client bookings (Inc. coordinating interviews).

  • Facilities Coordination: desk moves, Stationery supplies, POC for visiting employees and floor approvals.

  • New Hire Onboarding: Desk allocation and set up, DL management and point of contact

  • Travel and Expense Governance Deck presentation

  • Business continuity planning

  • Note and record keeper for the Quarterly Support

Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Native Bulgarian and advanced English language knowledge

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
