Team/Role Overview
Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.
Transaction Management Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and completeness of credit documentation. This position is responsible for reviewing all credit related documents, while also managing collateral related activities. The Transaction Manager Officer collaborates closely with various teams like Business,Risk,CLM,Legal and with CRMS to ensure streamlined operations and compliance with organizational standards.
What you’ll do:
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with credit requirements
- Receive support/collateral and credit documentation and record them in the systems
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of credit documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in documentation
- Perform the collateral monitoring activities
- Adjust/update collateral parameters in the respective systems to meet regulatory and internal global reporting requirements.
- Liase with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows and communication
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss documentation or collateral related issues
- Take active part in projects regarding system implementations
- Escalate potential issues to senior level (within the chain/support teams)
- Work with other teams in identifying potential gaps and ensure the smooth operations
What we’ll need from you
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years relevant experience
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Preferably Credit risk and product knowledge
- Experience with credit documentation - basic legal background or experience with application of credit agreement conditions
- Knowledge of English and Hungarian language
