  • Visualization & Reporting – Create and automate dashboards, scorecards, and KPI metrics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos. Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
  • Project Leadership & Collaboration – Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from scoping and data acquisition to delivery and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, fraud, and cyber units.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Regularly brief CSIS leadership and senior executives across business sectors. Ensure analytical outputs are actionable and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Innovation & Best Practices – Stay abreast of industry trends in analytics, AI/ML, and data governance. Partner with internal and external SMEs to adopt best practices and emerging technologies.
