Mobile Security Services Specialist
Mobile and SaaS applications are crucial for providing client access, with growing reliance on mobile devices. The MSS team collaborates with businesses and IT globally to support these initiatives, ensuring proper integration and control.
As part of Identity and Access Management, the Mobile Security Services Specialist manages highly available, complex, and fault-tolerant security services on a global scale. This role involves collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and business contacts to ensure secure, compliant operations across marketplaces (e.g., iTunes, Google Play). Additionally, the MSS Specialist supports the execution of security directives in line with Citi’s data security policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for mobile release management.
Ensure availability, performance, security, and stability of automation systems.
Follow best practices for coding and change management.
Evaluate new technologies and vendor products.
Provide recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
Manage operational onboarding and publication of mobile apps to marketplaces (e.g., iTunes, Google Play) end-to-end.
Maintain SLAs and deliver work to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in publishing mobile apps to marketplaces (e.g., iTunes, Google Play).
Experience with leading CI/CD automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, Bitbucket).
Strong development experience (e.g., Shell scripts, JavaScript, Python, Core Java).
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Exposure to iOS and Android mobile OS.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Proven ability to influence and manage relationships.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on issues.
Fluency in English.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
