Treasury Funding Senior Analyst

The Treasury Funding Group is responsible for ensuring the effective cash management of Citibank’s Nostro accounts across Western Europe by analysing currency positions within the day, and by reconciling previous days’ positions.

What you will do:
- Monitor Nostro Accounts and forecast expected balances for each business date
- Daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts
- Review and analyse complex financial transactions
- Ensure daily cut-off times for reconciliation of Nostro accounts are met
- Collect information from various banking systems
- Effective communication with departments whose work is related to nostro cash management, including the Markets Treasury trading desk
What we'll need from you:
- University/College degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experiencewithin Treasury Funding Group or in relevant areas.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other European language is an advantage)
- Confident MS Office user
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Precision, keen attention to details, quick learner
