A Salesforce Program Management Senior Lead oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. They manage multiple projects, often within a larger program, and act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires strong project management skills, Salesforce expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across different teams. This role will specifically support Consumer and Business Banking programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and operations for the branch network's outbound calling program, including lead generation and calling campaign design.
  • Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap for the branch network, prioritizing features, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate extensively with data, analytics, and development partners to build and deliver the outbound calling program and Salesforce solutions.
  • Establish and continuously monitor program KPIs, driving innovation and building new enablement’s within the Salesforce platform.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to optimize engagement and performance of outbound calling and Salesforce initiatives.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring adherence to standards, risk mitigation, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • CRM Technology Expertise: Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce, particularly Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud, as well as Gryphon and other CRM technologies.
  • Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) preferred.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Proven experience in managing complex projects, utilizing various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Change Management Experience: Experience in implementing change management strategies and driving user adoption.
  • Risk Management Experience: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$134,960.00 - $202,440.00
