Business Analysis Group Manager

GFT is looking for a senior Business Analysis Group Manager to work with Treasury users and a group of seasoned technology professionals to deliver technology projects for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as SME and trusted leader to senior stakeholders and other team members
• Drive partnerships with various business areas across Citi to understand roadmap, functionality and data flow, and document business requirements, develop and manage project plans to deliver solutions
• Produce Business Requirement Documents and obtain stakeholder sign off; be disciplined in managing changing requirements
• Liaise with Program management, Development team and testing team to ensure that requirements are understood, and deliverables meet the business requirements
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of use cases and testing methodology
• Proactively monitor potential speed bumps and notify stakeholders of any risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns
• Setup strong governance around data and requirements management
• Setup and lead a team of strong business analysts to create a functional knowledge pool

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree
• Strong business analysis background
• Hands-on experience on Funds Transfer Pricing concepts and methodologies is a must
• Good knowledge of various financial products and underlying data
• Minimum 15 years of Banking / Financial services experience
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of project SDLC
• Hands on Experience with SQL queries
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Data analysis skills
