The Global ID Administration (GIDA) Senior Manager is a senior management level position responsible for managing a team of professionals who are engaged in client level provisioning for Citi Direct and associated applications.

This team will be driving results through the management of a team or department in an effort to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams that are involved in provisioning, deprovisioning, onboarding, clients on Citi Direct and its supplementary applications.
  • Managing strategic projects for TTS business that are initiated from time to time
  • Ensure the volume, quality, and timeliness of service delivered by the GIDA team meets or exceeds expectations
  • Provide security oversight for new systems and major system releases by reviewing system security capabilities
  • Recommend system improvements and approve design changes as part of the system development lifecycle
  • Develop new and improved procedures and process control manuals as needed
  • Manage and oversee the tasks and professional development of the GIDA team
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Ability to manage teams. 
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

  • 15 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Citi Direct application
  • Expertise in managing regional and global projects
  • IS certifications or willingness to earn within 12 months of joining
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
  • Proven analytical skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
