Ops Support Specialist - C05
The Ops Support Specialist 5 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services . The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes
Responsibilities:
• Perform semi-annual and transfer reviews by comparing the employee’s entitlements to the Job Profile Matrix (JPM)
• Complete entitlement requests in Citi Marketplace (CMP) for new hires and existing employees via requests loaded to the CEG SharePoint site
• Perform annual reviews of the JPM’s with Operations management to ensure they are complete and accurate
• Support the onboarding of new system and partner entitlements, including the creation of new id’s/profiles
Qualifications:
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Shift Timing
Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 shifts including late night shift start timings
Should be flexible for any shift timing (rotation shifts, permanent night shifts and late night shifts)
Weekend working may be BAU as per business requirement
