Regulatory reporting Team member
For our Regulatory Reporting team we are looking for highly motivated, experienced analyst with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in operations area with focus on BAU as well as projects. The applicant will be a self-motivated analytical team player with the ability to complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements to improve quality & efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Performing tasks related to regulatory reporting for CPB business (EMIR, Dodd Frank, CASS, CMAR, MCAR, CSDR, MIFID, Bank of Italy, Depositor Protection, MMSR)
Coordination and involvement in process improvements and process reengineering initiatives
Compliance & monitoring visits and audits coordination
Preparation and updating of operational procedures and manuals as well as ensuring their execution
Responsibility for keeping the Service Level Agreement provisions, deadlines and reporting
Relationship management with internal clients located in NAM, Europe and Asia regions
Leading meetings and teleconferences concerning the process and team
Supporting team members in terms of current issues resolving
Assistance in internal trainings coordination for new employees
Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English
Good communication and presentation skills
Graduate (Master's degree) – Economy/business administration/ banking background preferred
At least 7 years' work experience at banking/financial institutions in Operations or within Financial Market
Experience in regulatory reporting
Excellent product knowledge (at least two from below listed instruments: investment funds, securities, derivatives)
Experience and proofed track of record in project management / Operational engagement
Ability to build strong partnerships global counterparts and cross-divisional colleagues
Ability to interact and work with seniors at different levels in an organisation together with the capability to communicate effectively
Competent with Microsoft Office tools
Good understanding of the inherent risks for each process and operational risks of each product segment
Sense for independent work and good team player
Reliable and 'can do' attitude
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment.
Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Great communication skills including strong verbal and writing business English capacity
Is Used to work in a fast-paced and continues changing environment
