The Talent Acquisition Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing Workforce Intelligence & Talent Acquisition (WITA) operations support services, including but not limited to: candidate management, Pre- onboarding and administrative tasks, and completing a range of recruitment administrative duties in coordination with the Regional Talent Acquisition team.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with HR and Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
- Provides recruiting support such as managing live requisitions, status monitoring across the recruitment workflow, review and securing approval of candidate declarations.
- Supports candidate management by sending reminders and answering basic hiring and onboarding inquiries.
- Works closely with TAO/RC and recruiter in providing pre-onboarding administration support such as generation, review and approval of offer letters, sending out of reminder emails, review of pre-onboarding requirements and other related administrative activities.
- Assists in adhoc strategic projects.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of operational support utilizing Workday or similar system experience
- Experience with MS Office including strong Excel skills
- Superior communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and often competing demands
- Strong customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates confidence and ease with individuals at all levels within the corporation
- Able to coordinate delivery with all levels of stakeholder with a strong focus on meeting commitments, multiple deadlines and competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and experience of drafting clear and appropriate correspondence, reports, adverts and job descriptions
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Passion for exceeding client expectations at all times
- Strong team orientation
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
