Banamex Compl AML KYC Analyst 2

The KYC Operations Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts
• Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards
• Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements
• Follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates
• Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and Appendix approval process, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in banking operations, preferably in the client account opening and pre-requirements process

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades:

• Mantener actualizada la base de datos de Clientes que están en proceso de regularización, para informar a la fuerza de ventas de sucursal y a las divisiones la documentación y datos que deben recuperarse para completar su Expediente.
• Elaborar MIS Gerencial y de Dirección, mostrando indicadores de seguimiento de todos los procesos del área.
• Establecer mecanismos de comunicación con los diferentes equipos de la gerencia para garantizar que la reportería y MIS se realicen de acuerdo con las necesidades establecidas.
• Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia.

Requisitos:

Lic. En informática, Tecnología de la información o a fin.

Dominio avanzado de Excel. (Macros en Excel y Access, tablas dinámicas, métricas).

Macros en Excel y Access, tablas dinámicas.

Preferentemente Share Point 365

Experiencia:

- Manejo de Bases de datos y análisis de información indispensable
