Responsibilities
The Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation Analyst 2 is a developing professional role.Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies.Interprets data and makes recommendations.Researches and interprets factual information.Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards.Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in defining strategic direction and setting business architecture standards covering Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation applications across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
- Participates in assessing and incorporating ongoing business and regulatory needs into the Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation business architecture
- Contributes to creating a standard Enterprise Business Architecture Technology Process through the collation and assessment of major Business Initiatives in conjunction with Business and Technology leads
- Contributes to the global implementation of common data and data standards, common processes and integrated technology platforms
- Participates in creating effective and efficient processes and governance
- Assists in enabling a foundational reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation
- Manages implementation of procedures and development of analyses and report
- Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices
- Delivering of routine and defined outputs
- Escalates problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports or, procedures
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

• Apoyar en la detección de áreas de oportunidad para optimizar procesos contables y de reporteo.
• Trabajar en conjunto con equipos tecnológicos para implementar soluciones eficientes.
• Dar soporte en autorizaciones, revisiones y mejora de flujos contables.
🎓 Requisitos:
• Lic. en Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración o afín.
• 1 a 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares: manejo de bases de datos, procesos contables y/o financieros.
• Conocimiento en sistemas contables (deseable experiencia con Full Suite).
• Inglés básico.
Ámbitos de experiencia deseable:
• Procesos contables (interfaces, cierres, conciliaciones).
• Optimización de procesos (RPA, automatización, Excel avanzado, Power BI básico, Python ).
• Trabajo con áreas de tecnología o implementación de sistemas (aunque sea en coordinación, no como programador).
• Uso de herramientas tipo SAP, Oracle, Most o similares.
