The IT Business Unit Int Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracks business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements; identifies gaps.
  • Contributes to and / or creates internal communications.
  • Works on mergers & acquisitions activities. Creates and prepares reports, metrics and presentations.
  • Utilizes good understanding of procedures and concepts in own area and basic knowledge of other technical areas. Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives.
  • Provides informal guidance to new or lower level employees. Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
  • Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams. Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technology planning role.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Mantener el correcto funcionamiento de las aplicaciones que han completado su etapa de desarrollo en su operación diaria.
Coordinar la atención con las áreas de soporte L1, L2 y equipos relacionados
Gestionar, mantener y dar soporte a las aplicaciones y sus entornos, priorizando la estabilidad, la calidad y la funcionalidad, de acuerdo con los niveles de servicio definidos para cada una.
Minimizar el número de incidentes relacionados con la aplicación.
Mejorar la productividad y la calidad de los productos entregados a través de propuestas e implementación de mejoras en sistemas (desarrollo de código), procesos o configuraciones.
Mantener las aplicaciones, infraestructura y software actualizado cumpliendo con las políticas tecnológicas en conjunto con el application manager (Ej. VTMS, EoVs, BCMs, GEMs, actualización de servidores, actualización de Agentes, certificados, vulnerabilidades de todo tipo, FIDs bajo estándares, etc.).
Desarrollar los mantenimientos de las aplicaciones a su cargo, los cuales pueden incluir desarrollo de software.
Generar y ambientar datos de pruebas, ejecutar pruebas de sistemas, dar seguimiento a las mismas con las áreas usuarias hasta la puesta en producción de los cambios que hayan aplicado a las aplicaciones a las que dan soporte.
Diagnosticar y solucionar incidentes, incluyendo críticos y no recurrentes.
Analizar la causa raíz (RCA) y generar la documentación técnica detallada.
Coordinar con áreas especializadas para resolver fallos complejos o inter aplicaciones.
Apoyar en proyectos de alto impacto tecnológico.
Dar soporte a las aplicaciones en eventos especiales (CoB, ferias, Traspasos, etc.)


Conocimientos de Bases de Datos: Oracle y SQL.
Conocimientos de OS: Win Desktop, Linux
Conocimientos de Lenguajes de Programación: .Net, Java, Angular, Microservicios, API’s
Conocimientos en servidores de aplicación: WAS
Conocimientos en despliegues automáticos: CI/CD
