As a Data Management Operations Lead Analyst you are spearheading our mission of data-driven business transformation within our Services organization, driving cross-functional governance through oversight of the Book of Work (BOW). You will work in partnership with the Front Office, Operations, Service, and Technology teams, holding full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey. As a trusted advisor, you will help achieve our strategic goals and realize significant value using Process Intelligence. In collaboration with our partners, you will drive measurable business impact across various processes and accelerate the adoption and usage of Celonis. This includes developing and delivering training programs to ensure effective utilization of the platform. You will blend deep process and industry expertise with proven consulting skills and strong analytical abilities to shape and drive the Service Operation operating model and strategy. Excellent communication skills are required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are essential to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
The Role:
I. Identify & Frame Value:
Discover and translate Service Operations strategic priorities into high-impact use cases.
Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to drive business value.
Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to Senior Management.
Serve as the subject matter expert for strategic data analysis, identifying insights and implications, making strategic recommendations, and developing data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis.
Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and streamline operational processes.
II. Realize Value:
Facilitate business value workshops using Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
Derive improvement measures in core business functions, initiating improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Present results and realized value to senior management.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often at a senior level, leveraging diplomacy to guide, influence, and convince internal and external stakeholders.
III. Scale Value:
Own the end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
Build a strategic expansion roadmap embedding Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic business transformation platform in Services, driving adoption and expansion.
Provide feedback to our central program team to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.
IV. Cross-functional Management:
Governance:Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for Celonis initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This includes defining roles and responsibilities, establishing decision-making processes, and monitoring performance against key metrics.
BOW Oversight: Oversee the Business Operating Window (BOW) for Celonis processes, ensuring efficient and effective execution of key activities within defined timeframes. This includes monitoring process performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and escalating issues as needed.
Training: Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Celonis functionality and best practices. This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process analytics, customer success, strategy consulting, or related industry experience. MBA preferred.
Value Selling Methodology: Advanced knowledge and experience in identifying and building value and customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, Proof of Values, and demonstrating full value potential.
Product Expertise:Expertise in guiding businesses through the Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Celonis, and accelerating value realization by building dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
Value Realization: Advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and acting as a change agent for Service Operations by establishing an operating model and training users to realize value.
Project Management: Ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across aligned accounts at different stages of the value journey. Leverage partners from the Citi network where possible.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Proven experience preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
Domain Expertise: Advanced business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation), and the ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
Industry Expertise: Advanced industry expertise and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis EMS roadmap.
