With the changing global environment, Citi reprioritized focus on financial crimes, creating a Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention (FCFP) organization. This fusion will streamline accountability and responsibility for Risk & Control activities and deliver process consistency to protect the firm against emerging financial crime risks.
Description of the Role:
The Financial Crimes Global Policy Adherence & Engagement Team within the FCFP organization supports the delivery and ongoing direction of a comprehensive Financial Crimes Program in partnership with multiple functions such as Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Audit, and multiple stakeholders at all levels of management. This team is responsible for fostering a culture of control and compliance, customer centricity and accountability while leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate AML, Sanctions and Ant-Bribery regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
Specifically, the Financial Crimes Policy Adherence Program Manager will support Program Management activities related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions/Screening, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (AB&C) for USPB. Scope of coverage includes CIP (Customer Information Program), KYC (Know Your Customer), AML, Transaction Monitoring (TM, CTR, etc.), and screening (sanctions and non-sanctions). This role falls under the Business KYC Job Family / KYC Operations Sr Analyst job code.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Coordinate projects related to Financial Crimes Policy Adherence including scheduling meetings, stakeholder engagement, and progress tracking.
- Meeting Management: Facilitate meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Develop reference materials, playbooks, and presentations related to policy adherence and change management.
- Monitoring and Tracking: Monitor policy adherence initiatives, track project progress, and follow up on action items.
- Repository Management: Maintain SharePoint and document repositories.
- Technology Support: Support technology initiatives related to Financial Crimes Policy Adherence, including writing executive summaries, outlining benefits and risks, and tracking updates.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Partner with Policy Adherence, Operations, Compliance, Controls, and other departments to execute on initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services operations, control, compliance, audit, or regulatory management.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC policy and regulations preferred.
- Experience in project and change management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to execute plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
- Manage client expectations across various stakeholder groups
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and appropriately prioritize workload
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel. Word)
Education:
- Bachelor’s/ University degree or equivalent work experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$81,600.00 - $122,400.00
