This position is responsible for the generation, tracking, and submission of financial reports in coordination with the MIS and Feed Management teams. The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare, and report financial transaction data used for business analytics and decision-making. Project work may be necessary at times, along with data entry, procedure writing, and streamlining reporting functions. This position also entails, interacting with all levels of management on a daily basis while reviewing processes to identify possible efficiencies.

Strong knowledge of reporting. Candidate must have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal). Must be highly motivated, self-starter, quick learner, flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing work environment while adhering to deadlines. Ability to work independently, as a member of the team, and have the ability to lead. Candidate must be detail oriented and possess strong investigation and problem-solving techniques. Must have strong analytical skills and have shown these in previous process improvements.

Core responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assisting with feed reporting and incoming data requests

  • Assisting with Feed Tracking and Feed Investigations

  • Liaise with Technology to resolve feed issues

  • Obtain a full understanding of the Feed Management process

  • Work with overseas partners to ensure all reporting is completed efficiently and on time

  • Take on new reporting requests

  • Assign and manage MSR requests from multiple departments

  • Assist with managing our EUC Portal and developing strategies to eliminate EUCs

  • Assisting team with CMP submissions

Skills and Competencies:

  • Microsoft (MS) Access

  • Experienced in MS Excel and spreadsheet development and analysis. 

  • Relational database design (unique identifiers, relational table creation) 

  • Understand and use data types 

  • Form creation for adds, edits, deletions 

  • Reporting knowledge 

  • Ability to create complicated IF statements and calculated fields 

  • Knowledge of using multiple functions within fields such as datepart, min, max, avg, 

  • Ability to create macros 

  • Knowledge of importing and linking various sources of data such as Excel and Access. 

  • Ability to create emails and attach reports to them 

  • Ability to create ERD diagrams & Work Flow diagrams 

  • Experience writing procedures 

  • Experience manipulating data shared between Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.

Qualifications

****Analytical and detail-oriented with basic accounting skills required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels within the organization

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure meeting stringent deadlines in a high paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience working globally/internationally a plus

  • Strong customer service skills with proven ability to work with all levels of Management

  • Time and project management skills required

  • Proven track record in Operations environment

  • Achieving/ Driving Results - including identifying and implementing process improvements

  • Teamwork/Interpersonal with local, national and international team members

  • High competency/expertise with MS Office Suite products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Demonstrates strong work ethic, capable of disciplined self-motivation and commitment to the highest standards of professional integrity, maturity, and judgment
