The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) Execution Lead is responsible for leading a newly formed team of Executive TA Execution Specialists in Costa Rica, ensuring the effective delivery of recruitment lifecycle operations. This role involves managing day-to-day team activities, analyzing performance data, managing external vendors, driving best practice implementation, and spearheading the successful growth and development of the team. This also includes creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Provide day-to-day management and leadership to a team of six Executive TA Execution Specialists based in Costa Rica.
  • Oversee workload distribution, ensuring equitable assignment and efficient task completion.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee Workday recruitment lifecycle processes for executive hires, ensuring accurate and timely data management.

Team Growth and Development:

  • Spearhead the successful growth and development of the newly formed team, focusing on building a high-performing and cohesive unit.
  • Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are fully integrated into the team and understand their roles and responsibilities.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain detailed reports to track team performance against key metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
  • Present performance data to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing processes.
  • Implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Oversee vendor performance, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Manage PO and invoice management, processing, and tracking for all vendors.

Process Improvement and Standardization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures across the team.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document key processes and ensure consistency in execution.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in execution and compliance with global standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for key processes and procedures.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure team compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor data governance practices to protect sensitive information.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with recruitment processes.
  • Implement controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between the execution team and other stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on team performance, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Concierge Candidate Management and Support:

  • Oversee concierge candidate management and support activities, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

Requisition Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure requisition operational excellence across the team, including the use of job specification templates, role naming conventions, and job posting best practices.
  • Oversee compliant dispositioning of applicants.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience with background in Financial Services Industry (Commercial Banking related experience is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in recruitment process management or support, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Experience building and developing new teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of senior/executive suite hiring processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of executive search practices and processes.
  • Ability to navigate complexity with a proactive focus on solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executive suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/ATS systems.
  • English advanced


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
