The Program Management Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Responsibilities:

This position sits with P&TPM organization, TPM International and covers external and Internal third parties for LATAM Cluster countries, excluding Mexico, for all legal vehicles.
The CTPRM Coordinator supports country management with the assessment and monitoring of the third party risks and compliance with Citi related policies and country regulatory specific requirements related with third parties, to ensure appropriate third party risk management under the global, cluster and country risk appetite and the local regulatory requirements; partnering with lines of Businesses, related functions as compliance and operational risk and control and country management.
Also participates in global initiatives and projects related to TPM.

The CTPRM Coordinator will:

  • Act as the country point of contact and SME for Third Party Management related activities, including local regulatory requirements.

  • Appropriately assess TPM risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable country laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency and on timely.

  • Assist country management with the resolution of the TPM gaps and issues, audits and regulatory exams.

  • Assist and support with local regulatory reporting, country TPM procedures and country TPM inventories.

  • Prepare materials for TPM meetings and related forums.

  • Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones. Actively interact with them at a country and global level.

  • Will plan, direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities according to TPM and country needs.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in risk management, operational risk, compliance, audits or controls and/or third party management.
  • Fluent Spanish and English required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Citi structures and functions and operational processes.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues in concrete and concise concepts, to achieve consensus and effective action.
  • Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details.
  • Requires use of conceptual and innovative thinking. The third party landscape has different sources of risk. The country local conditions and regulatory requirements has also risk impacts.
  • Self organized.
  • Knowledge in Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and Citi Collaborate and any other relevant applications.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree.
