Site Engagement LATAM Intmd Analyst - C11
The Sr. Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include Employee engagement initiatives, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Sr. Business Analyst may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee engagement or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.
Responsibilities:
Help coordinate the execution of initiatives related to Wellbeing, Talent Development, and Manager Effectiveness.
Provide logistics and communications support for site-wide events (e.g., Anniversary, EOM celebrations).
Analyze budgetary/accounting data and provide financial recommendations
Gather and verify accuracy of financial records
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of business analysis experience required
Experience creating documentation within standard development methodology
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Job Purpose: Provide support in the execution of engagement initiatives, logistics coordination, data management, and reporting for the Site Priorities
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Logistical Support:
Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on action items for SLT and engagement forums.
Support logistics for onboarding sessions (venue setup, invites, materials, technical support).
Assist with communications content editing, layout, and posting (SharePoint, newsletter, email).
Upload, organize, and maintain photo galleries and video content for events.
Help gather feedback from onboarding and engagement activities using surveys or forms.
Data Management & Analysis:
Track and organize headcount data, forecasts, and RLP inputs in Excel or SharePoint tools.
Support the preparation of monthly reports for metrics review.
Assist in the maintenance of the organizational chart and governance documentation.
Employee Experience & Event Support:
Help coordinate the execution of initiatives related to Wellbeing, Talent Development, and Manager Effectiveness.
Provide logistics and communications support for site-wide events (e.g., Anniversary, EOM celebrations).
Help ensure communication champions and network POC have updated materials and support.
Support the collection and presentation of information for Quarterly Reports.
Support collaboration with Employee groups and Diversity Networks
Support in the management and implementation of the new hire onboarding
Required Skills:
2- 5 years of relevant experience in administrative and communication
Strong organization and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills (Spanish/English)
Attention to detail and proactive attitude
