Technology Infrastructure Analyst
The Technology Infrastructure Analyst is an intermediate-level role responsible for supporting LAN/WAN operations, help desk administration, finance analysis for technology infrastructure, and end-user services. This includes network maintenance, technical support, cost management, and security oversight in collaboration with the Technology Infrastructure team. The role requires leveraging infrastructure technology expertise and company policies to process data, resolve issues, and execute administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Finance analysis for technology infrastructure, including budgeting, cost tracking, and expense management to optimize infrastructure investments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems through troubleshooting and analysis.
- Ensure successful execution of data loads and batch processing.
- Assist in testing activities, including developing and executing basic test scripts.
- Execute tasks as per the project plan.
- Participate in risk, self-assessment, COB, and audit-related control activities, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Assess and resolve issues using existing procedures and past experiences while recommending and implementing solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate financial reporting for technology-related expenditures.
- Uphold the firm's reputation by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies while managing and reporting control issues transparently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure or IT Finance role.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience working in virtual and in-person teams, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to IT infrastructure.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate technical solutions and financial insights.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
