The TTS business across both clusters in Asia provides market-leading capabilities and solutions, to build and develop deep client relationships across 16 markets. This role sits within the Payments product in TTS and located out of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Payments is a key strength and differentiator for TTS and Citi, given the unmatched global network and years of operating experience, many of them exceeding 100+ years. The depth of local operations coupled with years of experience dealing with regulators and multiple market participants, FMI and other network partners makes Citi's Payments business market leading and amongst the largest in the industry. The Payments business is comprised of globally centralized WorldLink payments business, in-country Cross-border Funds Transfer (CBFT) business, Domestic Payments and Commercial Cards business, amongst a few others - offering our clients fully digital, innovative and integrated solutions for their treasury and commercial needs
Job Description
TTS Payments Product Manager is a strategic professional driving the product development and product management of the Payments product suite in Vietnam. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our Corporate, Institutional and Commercial Banking clients.
Developed communication skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers
Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients. Strong collaboration with TTS Sales and Banking teams to drive commercialization of the Payments products.
Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications/ Competencies:
10+ years of experience in a related role
Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
Experience and knowledge across components of transaction banking solutions preferred
Strong relationship development skills and ability to build personal credibility to influence key stakeholders across the organization
Innovative mindset to be open to new ideas, new ways of doing things, including being curious, flexible, and courageous.
Digital and Transformation mindset with “execution spirit” and entrepreneurial skills; “Gets things done”
An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently to both technical and non-technical business stakeholders

Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Masters degree is good to have
