This is a senior-level sales position responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients including Global Real Money, Hedge Funds and other financial institutions in APAC time zone. The salesperson would be based in Hong Kong and will be a key member of a dedicated APAC FX Investor Sales team based across JANA and Asia South, and an important contributor of the team's revenue. The successful candidate will be expected to grow our presence for global investors for both FX flow and structuring business, and would be expected to protect our clients and the franchise through a relentless commitment to control and governance build on the highest standard of personal ethics and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively cover a portfolio of global financial institutions (includes execution and backing up clients where needed) and be a leading contributor to the teams CV.

  • Developing and mentoring junior talents on the team

  • Assist with the implementation of the broader strategy for the Investor client segment and develop appropriate regional strategies

  • Assist management to identify new opportunities and close gaps with our competitors

  • Assist Senior Management to have FX interaction with Platinum and Priority clients on both regional and global level

  • Lead/Coordinate thought leadership content for our Investor clients in the region; includes leading macro events, bring resources from the global network to Asia etc.

  • Communicate regularly to Regional Heads and other business partners on FX market themes and growth opportunities

  • Staying on top of the regulatory and industry changes and competitive landscape

  • Adhere to and cascade all supervisory training and tools to create a culture of responsibility to our clients, our shareholders and each other

Qualifications:

  • Sufficient years of relevant experience in Foreign Exchange

  • Strong Communication Skills and great attention to details

  • Extensive knowledge of the Global Real Money and Hedge Fund business

  • Proven product and solution skills

  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and functional partners internally

  • Proven track record of successful FX client coverage
