Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with Citi’s Technology team. Coordinate with multiple management teams to ensure integration of appropriate functions by developing and engineering high-level designs that are responsive to the business needs and processes using Java and J2EE. Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Build data-driven systems using core JDBC/Spring JDBC API classes, SQL, stored procedures and Oracle PL/SQL. Design and review the architecture of the proposed system and develop a prototype of the application. Integrate applications with services, systems and databases, and perform unit and integration testing. Deploy and host developed web applications in servers and create technical documentation to support the end users. Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Sr. Consultant, Sr. Programmer, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or related position designing and developing software applications. 5 years of experience must include: Java/J2EE technologies including Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Micro Services, SOAP and REST Web Services, XML, JSON, Junit, and UNIX; Core JDBC/Spring JDBC API classes, SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle PL/SQL; Software design and architecture through proposed system analysis, prototype development, and system flows design; Technical documents creation for end users; and Creating APIs in eStore, Site redesign, designing and integrating of Webservices, and enhancements.
