Citibank, N.A. seeks an Architecture Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Provide architecture support for business initiatives and IT projects for Citi’s North America Global Consumer Technology (NAM GCT). Provide architectural vision that conforms to the business enterprise and structure responsive to the business capabilities, processes and functions. Partner with business users and technology managers to develop and maintain a target-state architecture for Payments, Digital Banking and Retail Services domains, including cards authorization and processing systems, transaction management and routing systems, fraud warning and detection systems, APIs, and mobile applications. Prioritize initiatives during the annual budgeting and planning process and influence solutions to implement the target-state architecture. Use project tracking systems, JIRA, Confluence, and architecture review tools to track impact of the initiatives in achieving the business outcomes. Make recommendations to senior management to execute roadmap of initiatives in conformance to the target-state and to justify business interest in the technical framework being proposed. Serve as a subject matter expert in Cards, Authorizations, Payments, Digital Channels and Consumer Loans within the architecture group and lead business initiatives. Work with multiple business teams to document the current state business architecture, and support technology project managers and business analysts to map the business processes, process models and business functions by evaluating business requirements at project level. Interface with vendors to assess their technology and guide their product roadmap based on the business requirements. Interface with various channels, such as project management, development, business and architecture governance, to support defining direction of future projects. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in engineering (any), computer science or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Digital Software Engineering Analyst, Business Analyst, Consultant or related position involving structuring technological architecture for payments, digital and retail services domains for the financial industry. Experience must include: Assessing current state process models for Payments, Digital and Retail Services domains and identifying opportunities to move towards defined Target state process model by identifying the applications mapping, data concepts, risks and controls; Performing permit assessments using Enhanced Authorization System, card processing system, Enhanced Cards System, Transaction Management System, Debit Card Authorization system (S054), Base24 - Transaction Routing Switch, S045 (Cryptographic Processor), Advanced Fraud Early Warning System, Actimize Enterprise Fraud Detection, OneEclipse, Centralized Offer Palette System, APIs to meet the Software Development Life Cycle artifacts, policies and procedures; Knowledge of APIs, iOS and Android mobile applications to provide permit inputs to the solutioning teams and other functional inputs to the dev teams; Knowledge of payment authorization systems, cards processing systems, transaction management systems, cryptographic processors, and fraud warning systems; Creating and tracking the execution of a domain level roadmap of initiatives; Gathering and documenting current state architecture and creating target state architecture; Knowledge of the Cards/Payment domain and Digital Banking; Project tracking systems.
