Product Developer/Analyst:

Team/Role Overview:
Institutional Credit Management provides integrated end-to-end credit underwriting and credit risk management for Citi’s wholesale businesses.
This solution design and execution focused product development role will enable implementation of credit risk target state processes, data & technology capabilities, specifically within wholesale credit limit management and monitoring space. Based in Irving, this role will position the right candidate for significant future growth potential in Data, Product Development and Credit Risk.
What you’ll do:
Activities related to the development of new products and/or features and functionality of products including developing business cases, and requirements definition (BRDs),
Create clear and specific business and technical requirement documents for product execution
Develop plans, prioritize, coordinate design and delivery of products or features to product release, and serve as a product ambassador within the user community
Works in close co-ordination other team members to fulfil the delivery objectives
Assists in identification of solutions ranging across workflow and task management, data analytics, and reporting
Creates project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product execution
What we’ll need from you:
Experience capturing business requirements and translating those into a technical specification
Domain experience in wholesale credit risk management practices, and/or limits management
Experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in product development, and knowledge of various analytical tools including Tableau
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree, further professional qualifications / Master’s degree preferred
Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker.
Process Management knowledge with a propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of content
Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
Ability to build networks and relationships
