Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Analytics Sr Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives, and necessary system enhancements for complex, high impact projects. Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards. Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions. Support delivery of key regulatory commitments as a key subject matter expert. Partner with key stakeholders from Risk, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Federated Chief Data Office, PBWM global and regional Business stakeholders, in addressing key requirements, leading solutioning activities and deliver data to support critical Management & Regulatory reports, including but not limited to Liquidity, RWA, CCAR, BASEL, Stress Testing and more. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related quantitative field, and nine (9) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation performing data analytics. Nine (9) years of experience must include: Identifying risks and impacts, and proposing risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment; Performing risk and finance regulatory and management reporting including CCAR, BASEL, and Liquidity; Providing input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives, and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects; Utilizing RBDMS, and SQL to perform extensive data analysis in the Consumer Banking Regulatory data domain; Translating functional requirements into detailed design and taking signoff from the rightful stakeholders, thereby finalizing the SLA and business needs to prepare the UAT use cases; Utilizing Teradata, Ab Initio, and Data Stage to acquire and provision data for regulatory and FED reporting; and Liaising with business partners, leading the business analysis effort, and supporting timely delivery of regulatory commitments.
