The ICRM Business Senior Technology Lead Analyst / Product Owner is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between various compliance risk management business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class product systems, tools, and architecture that enable effective management of compliance risks and analytics-driven insight.

  • Partner with engineering to prioritize the roadmap, work through challenges, and build, test, launch and optimize the new product experience

  • Lead integration of functions with understanding of client core business functions and partner with multiple senior management teams to meet goals and deploy new Gen AI products and process enhancements,

  • Solve the highest-impact, highest-profile problems with significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards

  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders (across functions) and communicate with external parties including regulatory examiners, Internal Audit, and external auditors on critical Compliance issues and overseeing the implementation of related remediation, as needed

  • Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a technical expert in all development and implementation phases, providing in-depth and sophisticated analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions

  • The leader will identify gaps, ideate solutions, secure buy-in and support, pilot solutions, and bring vetted solutions to market for internal use. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, high degree of collaboration with others, indirect management skill, and ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple initiatives in parallel.

  • Conduct management activities, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions, as assigned

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technology experience in compliance, risk, and data management roles

  • Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology including Gen AI and Data analytics to support identification and implementation of next-gen compliance management tools for Citi

  • Strong understanding and experience of Citi’s data governance policy and data controls to enhance product’s data quality and data related capabilities

  • Comprehensive experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

  • Product or project management experience. PMP certification preferred.

  • Proven interpersonal, management and prioritization skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple activities and changing priorities

  • Proven ability to develop working relationships and approach work methodically with attention to detail

  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degrees preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
