Vice President, Chief Administrative Office - Strategic Program and Business Management Lead (Hybrid)
The Chief Administrative (CAO) organization is responsible for oversight of all areas of organizational effectiveness and administration for Citi’s Chief Operating Office. The CAO organization’s remit includes leading Risk & Controls for the COO function, proactively monitoring and identifying risks and establishing and maintaining robust controls. In addition, the CAO provides management leadership to key areas including the Citi CSC Network team and the Global Business Analytics Unit. The CAO also coordinates assigned global initiatives and operations investments.
Within the CAO function, the Chief of Staff team is responsible for maintaining all operating routines, identifying optimization opportunities across all business/functions, and serving as the main support utility for senior management.
The Strategic Program & Business Management, Lead within CAO Chief of Staff team, is a senior position, reporting to the Chief of Staff for CAO.
Responsibilities:
This position will involve significant independence and autonomy to strategize, present, implement, and report on Workforce Management remediation efforts for a fast-growing global Chief Administrative Office team.
The candidate will be required to partner across the entire COO organization to coordinate, implement and execute adoption of key regulatory commitments pertaining to Workforce Management for CAO. Through strong engagement with Workforce Management, COO Business Execution, and project management teams, the candidate will proactively communicate both strategy and implementation plans, and work with relevant stakeholders to build, manage and implement remediation plans across the Chief Administrative Office. The position will also be responsible for closure of regulatory programs by ensuring full and consistent alignment with Workforce Management activities and artifact delivery requirements.
In addition, the position is expected to engage with additional operating routines within the Chief of Staff team, including but not limited to: budget & headcount analytics, regulatory reviews, strategy & planning, and Voice of Employee & people initiatives.
Qualifications
6 to 10 years of Financial Services experience required, working with senior management in a project management and implementation capacity
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, pertaining to data analytics and presentations required
Seasoned individual with ability to execute against multiple strategic concurrent projects with little supervision and elevated deliverable timelines
Self-starter comfortable working in dynamic environments
Prior experience implementing remediation initiatives a plus
Proven track record of seeking out information and making informed recommendations
Experience in Demand and Capacity planning and supervisory experience a plus
Experience in Regulatory Project management or Technology projects a plus
Experience in reengineering business processes, controls and metrics a plus
Experience in Program Management and/or People Management a plus
Strong relationship management, influence and communication skills
Comfortable challenging status quo to deliver outcomes
Exceptional organization skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
