Data Architecture Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Architecture Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.

Duties: Support Citi’s Data Warehouse by capturing requirements and designing, developing, and delivering metrics. Perform data analysis using Oracle, SQL, PL/SQ, Linux and Unix. Design architecture of data platform high risk processing metrics to support data flow from multiple systems into a central repository. Use Jira, ServiceNow, and Talend. Contribute to the generation of metrics for regulatory and industrial mandates. Lead the definition of reusable patterns and data-oriented blueprint. Use Confluence, PTS and Scheduling tools. Drive requirements analysis with business teams, considering corporate banking transactional flows, to shape data pipelines and data management capabilities. Online services file management for ingestion and reporting. Lead the definition and organization of target data architecture for risk information, and leverage leading practices. Hold budgetary responsibility for area of function, including forecasting, spending, and execution. Liaise with other risk organizations to determine appropriate alignments. Work with information owners and technology partners to define and implement roadmaps. Collaborate to deliver solutions. Establish governance processes for implementation and alignment with defined architecture. Prepare materials for operating reviews, portfolio reviews, town halls and staff meetings. Analyze data quality issues and deliver metrics reporting. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Data Analyst, Software Engineer, System Analyst, Applications Support Tech Analyst, Production Support Country Manager or related position involving banking applications and banking transactional flows. 5 years of experience must include: Corporate banking transactional flows; Data analysis using Oracle, SQL, PL/SQ; Linux, Unix; Jira, ServiceNow; Talend for ETL; Online services files management for ingestion and reporting processes; and Confluence, PTS, scheduling tools.
