Responsibilities:
- Manage sales originations, capture rates, customer satisfaction, and file quality in existing partnerships in the geographic footprint.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager with existing partners in the footprint.
- Lead managers in their footprint who are assigned to specific partnerships.
- Lead teams of consults and relationship managers.
- Manage daily and monthly processes for maximizing capture rates in existing partnership.
- Maximize sales representative customer service as well as file quality for production originated in the footprint.
- Serve as a director-level relationship manager to support the sales managers in fostering and maintaining business relationships with the business partners.
- Manage escalations and issues in the product & pricing, administrative, disciplinary, etc. areas.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
- 6-10 years related product sales experience.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to represent the organization with the leaders of partner organizations. Knowledge of general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities.
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
