People Analytics & Insights (PAI) team is part of Human Resource Department. This team is equipped to assist our clients with quick insights, dashboards, reporting resources and guides that will help deliver actionable insights and transform how the firm leverages human capital data which in turn helps in data driven decision making.

The Data/Information Mgt Analyst 2 role is primarily focused on reporting and data management. This role is part of Reporting Solutions which is an integral part of People Analytics & Insights team. Role will require specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Interpreting data and making recommendations. Identifying inconsistencies in data or results, defining business issues and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Role demands to have good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

Responsibilities:

  • This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which includes data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management.

  • Develop, Maintain, and Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timelines.

  • Following Internal Processes like following SOPs for report preparation, updating internal trackers, following maker checker process etc.

  • Partnering internally within PAI team members to understand reporting needs and provide effective data solutions.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Handling sensitive data with the highest level of care, ensuring strict adherence to processes, data privacy standards, and organizational guidelines when sharing information with clients and stakeholders.

  • Performing Dashboard Validations in Tableau and collaborating with PAI Data Science team to validate and test HR dashboards for accuracy, usability and business relevance.

  • Focusing on continuous improvement and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance data visualization and improve the overall reporting experience

  • Creating and Maintaining clear documentation for reporting processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure consistency and transparency.

  • Equipping yourself with a thorough understanding of existing tableau dashboards/ products to effectively interpret, validate and enhance reporting solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Min 3 – 5  years of experience in handling data in a corporate environment, HR Data & Reporting experience is a plus.

  • Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot, tables, data analysis, conditional formatting etc.) & PowerPoint (presentation building).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey data insights clearly.

  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools ( e.g. – Tableau) or SharePoint site is an added advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

  • A proactive, “go-to” attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Education:

  • Min Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Shift Timing : UK shift (starts at 12:30 PM)
