Job Description: CitiConnect Product Manager, India Sub-continent

Overview:

As CitiConnect Product Manager for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, drive the strategic vision, commercialization, and adoption of Citi's digital connectivity platform, CitiConnect, within the India Sub-continent. Enable clients to enhance operational efficiency, automate processes, and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions and seamless integration with Citi’s transaction banking services. This role positions CitiConnect as a key differentiator in providing exceptional client experiences in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Management: Lead product management for CitiConnect's connectivity channels (APIs, Files, SWIFT, ERP Integrators), aligning with the global roadmap. Identify and champion transformation opportunities through proprietary development and strategic partnerships.
• Commercialization & Client Engagement: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, partnering with Sales and Client Executives to drive CitiConnect adoption. Act as a subject matter expert, addressing client pain points and showcasing the platform's value.
• India Sub-continent Focus & Market Intelligence: Champion Digital Platform priorities by deeply understanding client needs. Gather market feedback to enhance platform offerings and represent the voice of clients.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Understand regional requirements and advocate for them in product development. Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
• Collaboration & Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, TTS Product, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding.
• Risk & Control: Ensure adherence to Citi’s risk management policies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-12 years in transaction/digital banking. Proven experience leading complex projects and managing stakeholders. Experience with digital transformation initiatives preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of transaction banking products and digital channels (APIs), integration methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, problem-solving , negotiation abilities.
• Competencies: Client-centric mindset. Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving product adoption and achieving business goals.

• Pluses (Nice to Have): Knowledge of connectivity between banks and corporate/FI ERPs/TMSs, Experience managing systems/digital solutions/platforms used by corporate clients.
