シティグループのオペレーション本部は、日々の業務遂行及び長期的な成長目標を通して、シティの商品提供・テクノロジーインフラストラクチャー革新の戦略的実現をサポートしています。

資金管理部における当該ポジションは、資金残高・日中流動性・キャッシュフローのモニター・管理、資金及び国債取引の決済、各種インベスティゲーション等の主要な業務処理を遂行することが求められます

主な業務内容

-各商品の決済システムから決済データを受信し、支払いを実行する。

-Treasuryが行っているシティグループ証券における日々の資金繰りをサポートするために、決済状況を報告する。

-Treasury と協働し、流動性をコントロールする為に自己名義の口座の動きをモニターし、支払いをコントロールする。

-自己名義の銀行口座の日々の資金決済をモニターし、ブレイクを調査する。　　　　　　　　

-システム開発時や、新規プロセス導入時の準備・テスト　および導入後の確認に貢献する。

-資金・流動性管理業務を滞りなく遂行する

-資金決済に関連する、Regulator関連のレポートを作成する

-新規システム導入や開発に際し、スムーズな導入達成をサポートする

-リスクを適切に評価し、適用される法律、規則の遵守を推進し、適切な管理、および上申を行う。

求められるスキル・資格

-2-3年、銀行または証券における決済関連のバックオフィス業務に係る知識・経験があると望ましい

- 語学：

日本語：ネイティブレベル

英語：会話は日常会話レベル、読解・記述はビジネスレベル

求められる人物像　　

-日中のカットオフなどタイトな時間制限の中で正確・かつ迅速に事務作業が遂行できる

-部署内外のパートナーと効果的なコミュニケーションを行える

Job Description

Citi’s Operations and Technology (O&T) enables Citi to achieve its day-to-day operational and long-term growth goals, enabling execution of Citi’s strategy by providing services, technical solutions and infrastructure across the bank.

Cash Management Operation Vice President is a manager level position responsible for Cash and Liquidity management. The core objective of this role is monitoring /management of balance/intraday liquidity/cashflow, Cash and JGB settlement process, and post settlement investigation etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manual Payments, Matching & Release: Provide expert transaction input for deliverables from processing team.
• Firm Funding support: Reporting to Treasury team for supporting instruction data of JPY and Non-JPY.
• Intraday Usage Control and EOD Bank Balance Control: Monitor the balances of all firm's bank accounts to minimize risk.
• Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes within cash management.
• Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the Cash & Trade Operations team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives.
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Native Japanese skill / Intermediate English skill required
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Accurate and swift processing of fund settlement operation within various cutoff times.
• Experience/knowledge of fund transfer preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a related role to cash and trade operation. Equivalent work experience preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
