The Fin Solutions Sr. Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:
• Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
• Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
• Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
• Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
• Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes.
• Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural "expert" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
• May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Education:

• Bachelors degree

The FR Y-14 Actuals Reporting AVP is a professional responsible for governing Quality Control (QC) activities across the FR Y-14 (Q/M/A) schedules..

This individual will be responsible for performing the below functions across the FR Y-14 Schedules

·Strong background in the FR Y-14 A/Q/M Schedules

·Accounting background

·Experience in working with analytical tools (i.e., Knime Tableau, etc.)

·Strong background in FRB / Internal Instructional changes.

·Enhance / Maintain the FR Y-14 Governance Procedure to be in line with the Policy framework.

·Support Attestation Process in HALO.

·Support the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) for the team.

·Assist with Audit/QA requests.

·Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

·​Build and maintain a thorough understanding of related product reporting and analytics and utilize knowledge of systems and process flows to provide insight and recommendations on identified issues

·The FR Y-14 Actuals Reporting AVP will work closely with numerous key stakeholders throughout the organization, including: Risk, Data Services, Finance, the Regulatory Reporting interpretive Office, GCB and ICG Businesses, Regulators and Senior Business Leaders.

Tampa Salary range is : USD 87,280.00  - USD 130,920.00
