Fac Ops Building Grp Mgr
Responsibilities:
- Provides end to end facilities operations support including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities.
- Establishes and directs communication, planning, process oversight, and reporting with extensive input from the Business Real Estate Liaisons (BRELs) and their teams on the client side.
- Integrates key strategic initiatives with specific business plans to achieve near-term and longer-term objectives.
- Meets regularly with BRELs and other key Instituional Clients Group (ICG) managers to stay current on business plans, anticipate requirements, and manage expectations.
- Works with fellow SRMs for other business sectors to identify real estate needs and opportunities through analysis of supply, demand, utilization and growth projections.
- Works with CRS team and businesses to implement space optimization initiatives including space standards and over-subscribed seating.
- Develops and maintains processes, such as standard programming, forecasting, and occupancy reporting tools, to measure trends and translate LOB (line-of-business) specific space requirements into practical alternatives.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Significant corporate real estate experience, preferably within a financial services firm or large corporation.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize client needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
