Product Management Senior Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Management Senior Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Drive efforts to dramatically improve our customers’ experiences, close the gap to our competitors, and embed a customer excellence into U.S. Personal Banking for the following Retail Banking teams: Deposits & Segments, Branch Network, Business Banking, and Operations. Interact at high levels and build trusted partnerships across lines of businesses. Drive and advocate for customer experience projects. Tie customer experiences together in a single view by engaging the right teams to eliminate pain points and design remarkable experiences in the end-to-end servicing model. Build and coordinate projects for customer experience to ensure readiness for and responsiveness to any key business initiative, including new product launches, new servicing strategies, pricing changes, presidential or other customer escalation, and defect in policies. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and constantly pursue performance and customer experience opportunities. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation leading operational analysis within the financial services industry. Eight (8) years of experience must include: Leading operational analysis and transformation initiatives for consumer and business retail banking branches across various formats including traditional, compact, pop-up, and digital; Identifying and evaluating consumer and business retail banking customer segments and business performance to address gaps and lead implementation strategies; Optimizing and launching the operational aspects of consumer and business retail banking products to enhance client growth using experience with deposit, digital, and lending products; Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build and implement consumer and business retail banking solutions, guiding, leading, and presenting projects through compliance, legal, marketing, and senior leaders’ approvals; Implementing strategic consumer and business retail banking playbooks, addressing operational gaps, and driving targeted solutions; and Analyzing segment movements and optimizing processes between retail banking and wealth advisory products using knowledge of wealth advisory products and operational services. 40 hrs./wk.
