Sr. VP, Program Manager Shared Services Execution (Fund Services)
Position Summary
Reporting to the Fund Services Shared Services Head, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing key Product initiatives across Global Fund Services. As part of the team, the Product Manager will leverage broad functional domain knowledge, deep experience influencing IT architecture change, and outstanding communication skills, as they lead collaboration with Technology, Operations, and Business Product teams to deliver seamless product capabilities and change across Global Fund Services.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have previously in-depth understanding of the Fund Services business and has familiarity or experience partnering with Operations & Technology to drive incremental change according to Agile software development principles.
What you’ll do:
Leverage a strong understanding of the business to drive strategy, key stakeholders and business capability and create solution roadmaps across various business portfolios that breaks down silos to provide a best-in-class product experience.
Fulfilling a product role driving Key Fund Service Programs focused on Simplification and move to common initiatives
Work with Programme Sponsor to develop business cases, budget initiatives, and conduct cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
Work as Product, Program Manager / Owner and Execution lead. Leading in planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a programme or portfolio of programmes within Fund Services.
Partner with product management teams and product delivery executives to ensure roadmaps and implementation strategies are aligned to technology and business investments.
Develop business cases, budget initiatives, and conduct cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
Work closely with all technical partners to align strategic technical investments to the target state business architecture or justify any deviations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and technology to define, prioritize, and implement product enhancements and new product offerings.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Lead efforts to establish, formalize and communicate business solutions and educate business stakeholders particularly the client teams on value and importance of proposed solutions.
Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch, ongoing maintenance, and eventual retirement
Present regular updates to clients and senior management on program status, key deliverables, risks, and realized business benefits.
Ensure all product-related activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop and communicate the product strategy & governance principles aimed at optimizing straight-through processing and guaranteeing the timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and internal consistency of financial reporting, business processing, and overall client experience success.
What we’ll need from you:
Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasker, willing and able to take ownership of various parts of an initiative. Ability to effectively deliver under time pressure, clarifying ambiguity as needed to deliver against expectations
At least 5 years relevant project/program management experience, preferred experience in running large programs of work for Securities Services
At least 5-10 years’ experience preferred in leading and developing project teams/professionals through dynamic growth and delivering saves, planning capacity
Work closely with Product owners to develop and drive product roadmaps that are inclusive of business operations and technology future change needs that have a keen eye on client experience.
Track of record in standardizing and driving procedures and policies across program and project management practice
Ability to effectively deliver under time pressure, clarifying ambiguity as needed to deliver against expectations
Ability to coordinate and tie break in complex and siloed organizations through Influence and develop strong relationships by driving value added change.
Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasker, willing and able to take ownership of various parts of an initiative.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience minimum.
Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Technology and Program Execution
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
