AML Automation SCRUM Master and Project Lead

This role will be a part of the AML (Anti Money Laundering) team, responsible for the automation of the work of Client Review & Investigation Unit Analysts. You will be responsible for a wide variety of activities ultimately leading to process efficiencies for the teams globally.

You will help the team and broader organization understand and apply Scrum theory and practice.

You will ensure that projects are correctly planned, timely delivered, and always remain in line with company standards and guidelines. You will ensure EUC (End User Computing) portfolio is properly maintained, and potential risks mitigated immediately. Finally, you will motivate and inspire the project team, mentor, and enable collaboration. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress of the Scrum team.
• Support project planning, organize and prioritize the work.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and always remain in line with company standards and guidelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
• Help team members with EUC (End User Computing) area to make sure inventory is complete and properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Proficiency in using Agile project management tools, particularly Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
• Previous experience of work with projects: Agile / SCRUM (preferred)
• Fluent English
• Very good communication skills with various stakeholders (communication tailored to the partner)
• Analytical thinking, customer focus and ability to effectively work with shifting priorities is a must
• Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies is a plus.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
