The Cash & Trade Proc Intmd Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process non-standard customer requests and dispositions, exercising judgment and problem-solving skills to find suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the daily operational processes, including the functionality of core platforms like TRIMS and Flexcube applications
  • Participate in both local and global projects, contributing to the standardization and optimization of trade operations across the organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation within trade operations, driving initiatives to digitize and streamline processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to team members on trade products, processes, and system functionalities, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support the manager in internal and external meetings by taking minutes, tracking the progress of key initiatives, and contributing to the preparation of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role within trade
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Effective relationship, management skills
  • Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
