Specialist in UAT Team

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for comprehensive service of project implementation in electronic banking systems for clients of ICG Bank Handlowy
• Coordination of the preparing and execution UAT test cases for newly implemented functionalities and products
• Cooperation with other bank units in terms of defining changes to the existing banking products
• Cooperation with internal and external providers of solutions and services to fully and timely implement changes.
• Reporting and escalation of technical problems occurring on electronic banking platforms
• Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT would be preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Transaction Banking and technology projects implementation
• Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken - min B2)
• Proficient knowledge of Polish
• Programming would be a plus
