Intermediate Associate Financial Tax Analyst

FRSS Tax Custody

Responsibilities:

• Generate Swift notifications of identified Taxable Corporate Action events

• Review and validate reclaim documentation submitted by Citi clients to determine the correct tax withholding and reporting.

• Communication with Citi clients related to various tax and reporting issues 

Qualifications:

• 2+ yrs of related experience

• General knowledge of corporate actions event types

• Knowledge of 1042 and 1099 withholding and reporting concepts

• Knowledge of US tax documentation W8BENE, W8IMY, W9

Critical Competencies:

• General securities knowledge

• Attention to detail

• Accuracy
