Team/Role Overview

The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi through the establishment of, and monitoring compliance to, the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standard.  The CPMC Governance & Standards pillar establishes and defines minimum requirements for the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards.  The task force assesses adequacy of, authors, and monitors adherence and compliance to the PM Policy, Standards and Procedures.

The selected person will be part of the CPMC Capabilities Team. The team is responsible for sustaining program/project management and business analysis core competencies across Citi through initiatives focused on training, awareness, and knowledge sharing opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Learning Resources Development & Management
    • Design and develop training programs (annual training requirements, webinars, and micro learning) focused on project management best practices to promote adherence to our business acumen and industry best practices, while ensuring alignment with process controls and applicable standards.
    • Serve as Business Content Owner (BCO) of instructor-led and web-based trainings targeted to the project management community, ensuring training materials remain relevant and impactful.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure project management, business analysis and Agile training roadmaps are updated and aligned to industry standards.
  • Communications & Engagement for Capabilities team
    • Provide strategic direction for learning programs and communication strategies to promote PM learning resources firm wide.
      • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Capabilities team including responding to questions posted to various channels.
    • Manage communication within the PM community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Drive definition and execution of PM Performance goals.
    • Develop senior management and working group presentations and communications.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Leadership:
    • Lead regulatory commitments related to project management trainings and capability development.
    • Identify requirements and strategic direction in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure processes are completed as documented and controls are effectively implemented.
    • Take part in Capabilities Third-Party Management activities and controls.
    • Boost PM engagement through internal communications, including drafting, editing, and releasing internal emails, videos and intranet content while adherence to Citi’s brand guidelines.
  • Internal learning partners & Third-Party Management
    • Manage relationships with project management third-party learning partners ensuring alignment to applicable processes and associated controls are effectively implement as prescribed by the organization third-party management standard and policy.

Skills

  • Bachelor's/University and/or master’s degree related to Business Communications, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and System Engineering. (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in project management, training development and stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with e-learning design tools and demonstrated track record and passion for training development.
  • Experience in process controls.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Project Management certification (such as CAPM or PMP) highly recommended.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
