SVP, Senior Lead Analyst - AML Business Execution (Hybrid)
The AML Business Execution Team supports the AML Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) / Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer and AML Programs Head in enhancing the operating efficiency and overall effectiveness of Citi’s Global AML Program by driving the administrative & financial activities of the organization. The AML Business Execution Sr Lead Analyst is a key member of the team, with a focus on Organizational Governance, and is responsible for supporting the organizational design and execution of strategic objectives for the AML Program. This critical role coordinates and manages activities such as organizing and executing core operating routines, driving strategic vision and focus, ensuring functional alignment across the leadership team, and managing and tracking financials. The AML Business Execution Sr Lead Analyst reports to the AML Business Execution Head and will take on a variety of initiatives to help support the AML CCO / BSA Officer and AML Programs Head.
Responsibilities:
- Support key functions within the business through collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements
- Partner with the AML Senior Leadership team, Finance, CAO, and Human Resources to ensure alignment, tracking and focus on key priorities
- Support the strategic direction of AML functional needs by identifying efficiencies, cost-savings and value-adds
- Manage Organizational Design (“OD”) processes for the AML organization, including reconciliation of data, reporting, and approvals
- Resolves complex and highly variable issues with substantial potential impact
- Lead and coordinate bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly team headcount/financial reviews
- Develop content for internal and external presentations, create actionable insights and lead business strategy execution
- Participate in the review of weekly briefings materials for the AML CCO/BSA Officer
- Manages compliance efforts to follow policies and procedures, as well as contribute to defining standards
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how own area integrates within the overall function to achieve objectives; requires a good understanding of the industry
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on diverse range of internal and external sources
- Accountable for end results. Utilizes excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at senior levels (across functions); may communicate with external parties.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelors (4Year University) Degree or equivalent experience required
- Master’s Degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$119,680.00 - $179,520.00
