Compliance AML Controls Execution Senior Analyst
The Compliance AML Controls Execution Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the execution of compliance programs across multiple countries and regions. This role involves collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to implement critical control programs, such as Data Privacy, Records Management, Business Continuity, and Third-Party Risk Management. You’ll provide subject matter expertise and ensure consistent adoption of global compliance standards, influencing operational effectiveness and mitigating risk across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead the execution of enterprise-wide compliance programs, including Data Privacy, Continuity of Business, Records Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance and ensure consistent compliance across countries, clusters, and global teams.
Assist AML teams in understanding and adhering to compliance policies, including Cross Border Data Clearance and Third-Party Risk Management.
Oversee the development, testing, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to align with organizational policies.
Ensure consistent implementation of Records Management policies, meeting enterprise standards and local regulations.
Coordinate timely completion of Privacy Impact Assessments and Data Clearance requirements in compliance with global standards
Support audits and regulatory reviews by preparing necessary documentation and representing the business’s compliance efforts.
Update and maintain process documentation to support sustainable execution of compliance programs.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in AML, financial services, or compliance-related roles
Strong understanding of AML, regulatory compliance, and global control programs (e.g., Data Privacy, Records Management, Business Continuity).
Experience managing complex projects with attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.
Proficiency in navigating risk and control frameworks and implementing global policies in local contexts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various regions.
Strong organizational skills and ethical judgment to handle competing priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
